Omar shaban is the founder and CEO of Palthink for Strategic Studies which is a think and do tank, Omar is a Palestinian political economy analyst and a social entrepreneur. His field of expertise focuses on political and economic affairs, namely: Palestinian state-building, the national reconciliation process between Hamas & Fatah and EU-Palestinian relations. Ho got his 2nd master in Development, policies and practices from Geneva Graduate institute in 2023 and he got his 1st Master of Science in Entrepreneurship – from University of Stirling, Scotland in 1995, He got his BA in economy in 1984 from University of Zagazig, Egypt. He is a regular speaker at conferences in Europe and in the USA on Middle East peace process and potential Prospect for the Gaza /Palestinian economy, and he has published tens of policy paper, articles and on well-known international magazines
