Elie Al-Chaer, PhD, JD, is a Professor and Chairperson, at the AUB Faculty of Medicine’s Department of Anatomy, Cell Biology and Physiological Sciences, as well as Chairman and the AUB’s Interfaculty Neuroscience Graduate Program. Elie is also Editor-in-Chief at the International Journal of Women’s Health Dove Press and a licensed Attorney & Counselor at Law in Texas & the District of Columbia USA.
