How do we support women economically to reach decision-making tables?

Dr. Lamia Moubayed Bissat, President of the Basil Fuleihan Financial Institute and Vice-Chair of the UN Committee of Experts on Public Administration, along with Farah Al-Shami, Senior Fellow and Director of the Social Protection Program at the Arab Reform Initiative, discuss the economic challenges facing women in the Arab region that hinder their political access. They also talk about the importance of women's political access and the impact they can make.

"How does a biased economy hinder women's political access?" is the first episode of the project "Barriers to Arab Women’s Access to Decision-Making Tables," accomplished in partnership between the Arab Reform Initiative and Daraj.
