André Sleiman is a senior governance and public policy expert with extensive experience in public administration reform in the WANA region. He was the Country Representative of Democracy Reporting International (DRI) in Lebanon (2016–2025) and has recently co-written “Accountability and Local Voting in Municipal Elections: Mapping Accountability Through Data” with Ibrahim Jouhari.
