Zine Labidine Ghebouli is a Consultant and scholar on Euro-Mediterranean cooperation and Algerian politics. He previously worked as a junior consultant at the Asfari Institute for Civil Society and Citizenship. Zine holds an Erasmus Mundus postgraduate degree in South European Studies from the University of Glasgow and a master’s degree in European and International Studies from Aix-Marseille Université. He is also a graduate of the American University of Beirut, where he specialized in political studies and public international law.
