Reem Joudi is a Research Coordinator at the Arab Council for the Social Sciences working on interdisciplinary projects around the archives, critical humanities, and safeguarding knowledge production in the Arab region. Her research interests lie at the intersection of digital media, visual culture, and affect theory, with particular focus on the South West Asia and North Africa region. She received her BSFS in International Economics from Georgetown University and her MA in Media Studies from the American University of Beirut.
