Noha Aboueldahab is an Assistant Professor of International Law at Georgetown University in Qatar and a Senior Non-Resident Fellow at the Middle East Council on Global Affairs. She has authored many publications on transitional justice and accountability in the Arab region, U.S. foreign policy, and international law.
