A lecturer in Public Administration at the Faculty of Economics and Political Science, Cairo University. I teach many courses for undergraduate and postgraduate studies; i.e. public administration, intergovernmental fiscal relations and local financial management, and research methods. Previously, when I was teaching assistant, I assisted in teaching many courses; i.e. human resources management, local governance, management of non-profit organizations, and organization theory and organizational behaviour. My research interests include public administration discourses, critical public management, and interpretive policy analysis. In particular, I am interested in the politics of global public policies and its socio-political implications, with focus on examining the role and mechanisms of global-level epistemic institutions in the (re)production of political ideologies and global order through their public policies and reforms discourses.
