Dr Lotfi Tarchouna is a Professor of Public Law at the Law and Political Science faculty at the University of Sousse and the Director of its Doctoral School. He is a member of the constitutional review body since 2014 and the director of the Tunisian Journal on Law and Politics. He has authored several studies on decentralization and constitutional and administrative law.
