Jules Hatem is a water and wastewater specialist, university lecturer, and environmental entrepreneur with 14 years of experience in Lebanon’s water sector. His work combines engineering practice, institutional reform, environmental governance, and applied research. He has contributed to projects and programs with national and international entities/organizations focusing on wastewater management, water governance, service delivery, and environmental justice. His current research examines water justice and accountability in Lebanon.
