Charlotte Dib is Senior Finance Officer at the Arab Reform Initiative. She holds a BBA in Finance & Accounting from University of Balamand Lebanon. She is also an auditor. She worked for 12 years as chief accountant, financial controller and project finance & compliance manager with local and international NGOs.

Charlotte works also with the community in Lebanon, she is the responsible of the ladies branch in Orthodox Youth Movement. She also has her own online gift shop “Mercy Gift” to sell new and used products to collect money for charity and support elderly and poor people in Lebanon.
