Ali Almoghazy is an urban development and project management consultant and a Senior Researcher at Alternative Policy Solutions (APS). He has over a decade of experience in sustainable urban development, infrastructure governance, and climate resilience. He holds a master’s in urban development from TU Berlin and is pursuing a PhD at the University of Helsinki, focusing on the political economy and climate responses of African oil cities.
