Ali Al-Mawlawi is head of research at Al-Bayan Center for Planning and Studies, Baghdad, where he specializes in foreign affairs and institutional reform. He holds a Master of International Studies and Diplomacy from the School of Oriental and African Studies (SOAS), University of London.
