In this webinar, the first in our series "The New Arab Diasporas,” Bahar Baser and Mari Toivanen will discuss the dynamics of MENA diaspora mobilization for peacebuilding, transitional justice, and reconstruction. What are the opportunities and constraints for MENA diasporas as peacebuilding actors? How does diasporic mobilization vary and according to what factors? How do second-generation diasporas with no direct experience of conflict mobilize?
