Maysaa is a non-resident fellow in Sana’a Center for Strategic Studies. She has written for research centres such as Carnegie, Al Jazeera Studies Center, and the Atlantic Council, with her focus being on religious groups and actors in Yemen. Maysaa has a masters in Arab and Islamic Civilisations from the American University in Cairo.
