Zaki S. Shubber is a lawyer who specializes in national and international water law, conflict resolution and strategic foresight. She is currently working as an independent consultant and is about to complete her PhD at Queen Mary University of London on the topic of international law and uncertainty in shared freshwater resources. Previously, she was a practicing lawyer in Geneva and London before working as lecturer in law and water diplomacy at IHE Delft Institute for Water Education in the Netherlands until 2021.
