Youssef Sharaf is a PhD Fellow at the University of Paris Panthéon-Sorbonne and serves as an Assistant Lecturer at Cairo University. He is a Political Scientist and junior specialist on the political economy of the Middle East and the political sociology of higher civil servants. He has also worked as a consultant and researcher at several institutions, including UNICEF and the Ministry of Finance in Egypt. He received his Master’s Degree in International Relations from the University of Paris Panthéon-Sorbonne.
