Tara is a Social Worker and a researcher. She has over 15 years of experience working in academia and the development sector in India on youth rights, local self-governance, and community development. She has expertise in community organizing, qualitative research methodologies, impact assessment and research ethics, having carried out a number of impact assessment and needs assessment projects for NGOs in India. She also provides training on research ethics.
