Roshan is currently Coordinator of the SA BDS Coalition and a member of Palestine Solidarity Campaign (PSC).

She previously worked for a South Africann refugee and migrant rights organisation and the Department of International Relations and Cooperation (DIRCO) where she served in the Middle East section at the South African Embassy in Algiers. Prior to this Roshan grew up in exile and was an activist in the Anti-Apartheid Movement and PSC UK.
