Nadia has had a long career working in international oil companies where she has held various positions in business administration. She is a member of Together We Build It (TWBI) organization, working on projects related to the role of women and young women in peace-building. Among the most prominent projects she has worked on are the Women Building Peace on Earth project and the draft guidelines to support women’s participation in official peace processes and dialogues in Libya. She has also worked as a consultant for Libya’s draft national action plan for UN Security Council Resolution 1325 on Women, Peace and Security with UN Women in Libya.
