Musaed Aklan, PhD in Water Resources Management from IHE-Delft and Wageningen University. A civil engineer from Sana’a University With over 15 years of experience in the water and environment disciplines. He previously served as an advisor to Yemen’s Minister of Water and Environment. He worked with INGOs and international institutions like KFW, World Bank and USAID as a lead researcher and consultant. Currently, Dr. Aklan serves as a Senior Researcher at Sana’a Center For Strategic Studies and focusing on pressing water, environment, and climate challenges.
