Karen-Jo holds a bachelor’s degree in International Affairs from the American University of Science and Technology (AUST) and a master’s degree in Urban Management and Development with a focus on strategic planning and policy from the Erasmus University of Rotterdam. With an interest to improve communities, She has volunteered and worked with multiple organizations and NGOs in Lebanon and is currently a Youth Advisory Committee Member at the Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands in Lebanon.
