She is a researcher and political ecology program manager at Rosa Luxemburg Foundation, North Africa. She obtained her PhD in Natural and Human Sciences: Ecology & Evolution from Sorbonne University. Her research areas cover several issues such as access to natural resources, trade agreements and the influence of IFIs on public policies. Her current work consists of supporting actors in the region, committed to rethinking strategies to develop transformative socio-ecological alternatives.
