Hiba Ezzideen, is a Syrian feminist and researcher. She is the co-founder and currently a CEO of Equity and Empowerment organisation, that works on gender equality. Hiba hold two master degrees and now she is a PHD candidate in business administration. She has been actively engaged in the civil movement after 2011 till now and thus is a member of many civil platforms and initiatives , the chair person of Shan network for research and peace building as well as a trusted partner to Meta to work on gender policies.
