Amat Al-Rahman Al-Alafory is a Yemeni freelance photographer and media graduate specializing in radio and television. Her work focuses on documenting humanitarian, cultural, and social stories through field photography. She has collaborated with local and international organizations on media and visual storytelling projects. She founded the “Photo Bank” initiative, offering free photo sessions for children and families, and the “Tourist Experience” initiative, highlighting Yemen’s heritage and landmarks. She believes photography can preserve memories, inspire change, and amplify voices through powerful visual narratives.
