Launch of ARI’s Annual Report
2 April 2010The European launch of ARI’s second annual report "The State of Reform in the Arab World 2009-2010 – The Arab Democracy Index" was held in Paris on March 29 at the The European Institute for Security Studies in the presence of European Union representatives, scholars and the media.
The European launch of ARI’s second annual report "The State of Reform in the Arab World 2009-2010 – The Arab Democracy Index" was held in Paris on March 29 at the The European Institute for Security Studies in the presence of European Union representatives, scholars and the media. The Arab launch was held in Beirut on April 1st in partnership with the Center for Arab Unity Studies. A third launch for the media is scheduled in Dubai on April 5.
The Arab Reform Initiative is a consortium of fifteen key policy research centers from the Arab world with partners from Europe and the United States, working to mobilize the Arab research capacity to advance knowledge and promote a home grown program for democratic reform.
