Governance of Diversity
One of the key challenges for the democratic transformation of the Arab societies is the issue of equal citizenship. Hence the rights of minorities emerge as a top priority of the transition period. ARI will propose concrete models of national contracts, constitutional arrangements, public policies and other measures to ensure genuine equality, yet, on the basis that management of the rights and status of minorities as well as women is primarily the government's responsibility.
